Our accessibility approach
HLY Software is designing the Lineage XI marketing website toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its technical accessibility target. This is a design and testing target rather than a claim that every page has completed a formal independent conformance audit.
Measures built into the site
- a skip link for keyboard users;
- semantic page landmarks and labelled navigation;
- visible keyboard focus indicators;
- keyboard-operable navigation and controls;
- form fields with programmatic labels and accessible status messages;
- responsive layouts that do not depend on a desktop application;
- reduced-motion behaviour when the operating system requests it;
- colour choices intended to retain readable text contrast; and
- cookie-preference controls that can be operated without a mouse.
Known limitations and ongoing testing
The site contains illustrative product-interface mock-ups that intentionally represent dense software screens. Some small decorative dashboard text is not intended to carry essential marketing information; equivalent product information is provided in the surrounding page content.
Accessibility should be rechecked whenever significant navigation, forms, colours, interactive components or product screenshots are introduced.
Need information in another format?
If you have difficulty using this website or need information in a different format, email info@hly-software.co.uk. Please tell us which page or content caused the problem and, if useful, the browser or assistive technology you were using.
Legal context
WCAG is a technical accessibility standard. Different jurisdictions apply their own legal requirements, including UK equality law and, in the United States, the Americans with Disabilities Act. HLY Software's website approach is to improve practical accessibility against WCAG rather than rely on an automated accessibility-overlay claim.
